The Worth Valley
The Worth Valley passes by the village of Haworth to meet the Aire Valley at Keighley.
The famous Keighley and Worth Valley Railway runs along some of the valley, as does the River Worth (itself usually not much more than a large stream) which rises on the moors and passes through Ponden Reservoir where it is joined by the beck from Ponden Clough.
The River Worth progresses downstream from Ponden past Stanbury and Oakworth before meeting the River Aire at Keighley.
