The Yorkshire Dales Mining Museum
The Yorkshire Dales Mining Museum is a lead mining museum which is actually located in Earby (and thus technically outside of the "classical" Yorkshire Dales area).
As the name suggests, however, the museum covers mining in the dales area, and includes exhibits relating to the lead mining activities which took place at locations such as e.g. Grassington Moor and Arkengarthdale.
